Subaccount support

Some programs this page was designed to track — AmEx, for instance — have a single login and multiple subaccounts. Originally, we did not display these subaccounts any differently from any other account. For various reasons, this turned out to be a mistake, and we decided to only display subaccounts on the detail page of their parent account. The names we get from our data provider for these subaccounts are not always descriptive, though, so users still needed to be able to nickname these accounts in order to keep up with them.

Here’s a functional prototype of the way subaccounts currently work.
